Butter Chicken

Keralaslive - Butter chicken is a more sophisticated version of the ever-popular chicken tikka masala. It consists of chicken marinated in spiced yoghurt and then cooked in a spicy sauce.

Ingredients: Chicken (40%), onion, tomatoes, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, peppercorns, coriander powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, tandoori masala, lemon juice, dried fenugreek leaves, ginger, garlic, cashew nut, cream, butter, vegetable oil, Salt.

Allergens - Cashewnuts, cream, butter

Heat level - Mild (if you prefer it to be spicy, add chopped green chillies of your choice and heat it)

Goes excellent with - Pulao rice, cumin rice, lemon rice or any Indian bread.
