Why Kerala’s?

We are on a mission to help people who are rushed by life—those who have very little time to enjoy an unhurried dining experience. So I made it my mission to make authentic, hand-prepared, and all-natural Indian food accessible to these people.

Yes, all-natural! We only use fresh ingredients to prepare the food we deliver. Our target market may be people who prefer quick and easy, but we are here to charm you with delicious and healthy food delivered when you need them.

We aim to knock the socks off your local takeaways.

What happens after I place an order?

You will receive a confirmation email which will include a summary of your purchase.

Can I order for friends and family?

All orders that you place will be delivered to the address specified on your account. However, if you wish to order a meal box for family and friends, place the order as usual and change the shipping address at checkout.

How do I report issues with my orders?

We hope you love our products as much as we do; however, should you need to report an issue, don't hesitate to contact us on our website, and a member of the team will be in touch.

Do you deliver nationally?

Yes! We deliver anywhere in the U.K (except the Highlands and Islands)

Do we deliver food in bulk?

Yes! We understand you want food you can quickly get from the fridge and into the microwave in seconds. And that is what we are here to do, but with a bit of twist.

When will my meals be delivered?

Our orders are delivered on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Place your order before 1pm for faster delivery.

Are you looking to order in advance? That's not a problem. Just choose your desired delivery date at checkout.

Do you charge for delivery?

Box deals over £ 39.97 are delivered free nationwide. 

Who will deliver my meals?

Our delivery partners are DPD.

What should I do when the box arrives?

All our meals are delivered frozen for maximum flavour.

Remove all chilled items from the cool box and place them straight in the freezer. Now you have the meals for the entire week. 

We understand you want food you can quickly get from the fridge and into the microwave in seconds. And that is what we are here to do, but with a bit of twist. The meals we prepare are way better than the usual unhealthy and dull takeaways you get, and the experience is like a Michelin star restaurant inside your fridge.

Why deliver frozen?

At Kerala’s, we blast-freeze every dish, so we don't have to use colourings, preservatives or flavourings. Authentic taste preserved without preservatives!

How do I prepare my meals?

You can either microwave or heat the food in the oven, and all our containers are oven proof.
