Kerala vegetable stew is an aromatic, mildly spiced, creamy, veggie-packed coconut curry. It’s a simple, filling, feel-good, family-friendly stew. This South Indian Keralite stew tastes very different from North Indian vegetable korma.

Ingredients - Potato (28%), Peas (22%), Mushrooms (14%), Coconut milk, Anise seeds, Ginger, Garlic, Garam Masala, Black pepper, Cardomom seeds, Cinnamon, Cloves, Bayleaf, and salt.
