Palak dal



Palak Dal or Spinach Dal recipe is an Indian lentil-based dish that is way too healthy and delicious, and it brings out the richness of lentils with the goodness of spinach with garlic. 

Ingredients:  Bengal gram (15%), Pigeon peas (15%), Red split lentil (15%), Spinach, Water, Onions, Tomatoes, Ginger, Garlic, Red Chillies, Turmeric, Cumin seeds, Ground Coriander, Cumin seeds, Vegetable Oil, Asafoetida, Salt.

Heat level - Mild (if you prefer it to be spicy, add chopped green chillies of your choice and heat it)

Goes excellent with - Pulao rice, cumin rice, lemon rice or any Indian bread.
